A historic Athens experience
Nestled in the Heart of Five Points, Athens, this expansive property sits on a acre of land. Ideally located in the center of vibrant activity, it offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and natural beauty for ultimate privacy.
The historic stone house was build around 1911 and is very cozy and comfortable. It features hard wood floors, central heat and AC, a large television with Direct TV, wireless internet and a full kitchen. The first floor contains a den, living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom on the first floor features a king bed with an on suite full bath. On the second floor you will find the kids den, full bath and two bedrooms, room one features a king bed and room two has a single and full bed. Mattress and linens are premium quality and very comfortable.
There is an outdoor patio with lounge seating and a garden with courtyard seating. This is very private and quiet. The front porch also offers a comfortable seating area perfect for morning coffee.
